Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vivid Fun Land social casino service on vividfunland.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under New Zealand law. Do not use the Service where prohibited.

2) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

3) Virtual coins and items

4) Accounts

• You are responsible for your account activity and keeping login credentials secure.

5) Acceptable use

You must not: (a) break laws or infringe rights; (b) cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots; (c) interfere with the Service (including scraping, probing, or excessive requests); (d) harass, post unlawful content, or upload malware; (e) buy/sell accounts or Virtual Items outside the Service.

6) In-app purchases (if offered)

If the Service offers paid features or Virtual Items, prices and payment terms are presented at purchase. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for taxes, and for charges made via your payment method. We may change offerings and prices prospectively.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment only.

8) User content

If you submit content (e.g., comments, messages), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, and display it to operate and improve the Service. You must have rights to what you submit and remain responsible for it. We may remove content at our discretion.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Virtual Items will be continuously available.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (and associated Virtual Items) if you breach these Terms, if required for security/legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
